Job summary

Today Fix (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a mobile phone repair technician to diagnose hardware and software issues across a range of devices and perform essential repairs.

You will use diagnostic tools, maintain an orderly workspace, document every repair, and communicate clearly with customers about estimates and progress. The role includes learning from senior technicians and managing spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile phone hardware and software.
• Ability to perform screen, battery, port repairs and water damage restoration.
• Good communication to explain repair issues and costs to customers.
• Maintain an organized workspace and document repairs and parts.
