Job summary

Machines Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-oriented technician to diagnose and resolve iOS/MAC hardware and software issues, with experience in sales and service.

Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, work in rotation shifts including public holidays, and be tech-savvy with Apple products; MAC/IOS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification with sales & service experience.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in computer hardware/software troubleshooting; IOS/MAC experience beneficial.
• Willing to work rotation shifts including public holidays.
• MAC/IOS certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve iOS/MAC hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Adhere to Service Excellence values and company policies.
• Coordinate with Apple authorities for service issues and claim processes.
• Build good rapport with customers by handling inquiries and requests carefully and competently.
• Maintain good condition of tools and equipment and keep the workspace neat and clean.
• Ensure all documentation and data input to RM & Others systems daily.
• Assist other team members as required.
