Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Technician to support installation, setup and maintenance of security and technical systems on project sites. You will perform testing, troubleshooting and basic cabling while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

Candidates with a technical/engineering background and CCTV knowledge are preferred; travel to project locations is required and previous technician experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Technical or Engineering fields.
• Open to candidates transitioning from a technical/engineering background.
• Previous technician experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, setup and maintenance of technical systems.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Assist with CCTV, access control, alarm and security system tasks.
• Carry out basic cabling and equipment connections.
• Conduct site inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and project requirements.
• Ensure tools and work areas are maintained; perform other tasks as assigned.
