Job summary

HETRONIKS SDN BHD in Batu Kawan, Penang is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive equipment, parts and service sales. You will identify new customers, grow existing accounts and work with principals to present solutions and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, forecasts and sales records, maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, and traveling locally and overseas as required to meet targets and provide post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or related field; degree preferred.
• At least 3 years sales experience in semiconductor/industrial equipment.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor equipment industry and network.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital tools an advantage.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales of equipment, parts, materials, repairs and technical services.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, territories and opportunities.
• Develop sales plans to increase market share and customer base.
• Coordinate with customers on presentations, quotations, negotiations, and post-sales support.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers, principals, suppliers and vendors.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services, including upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales and support.
• Support service activities including repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Travel locally and overseas for customer visits and meetings.
• Provide support outside normal working hours when necessary.
