Hakko Products Pte Ltd in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a resourceful Sales Engineer to expand our regional client base and strengthen brand presence. You will source new customers, conduct visits, demos, and proposals, and work with engineering knowledge to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 2–3 years of equipment or solutions sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
2–3 years of sales experience in equipment or solutions in manufacturing.
Fresh graduates welcome.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Must own vehicle for client visits.

Responsabilités

Achieve sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels.
Plan and conduct sales visits and calls to build relationships.
Provide product demonstrations and maintenance to ensure understanding of solutions.
Propose tailored product solutions based on customer requirements.
Develop and manage the local market and launch marketing initiatives.
Build long-term partnerships with customers and managers.
Stay informed about market changes and customer needs.
