Job summary

VISKOU TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in JB, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Technical Engineer to support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities, deliver technical consultations, and propose IT solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Networking or related discipline with average GPA 3.0 or above.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years' experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN, VPN, Wireless).
• Familiar with Windows Server and network troubleshooting.
• CCNA or other Cisco certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel for onsite support when required.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Engineer to support both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities. You will work closely with our Sales team to provide technical consultation, propose IT solutions, and deliver excellent technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable IT solutions based on customer requirements.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC).

Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and documentation.

Work closely with the Sales team during customer meetings.

Install, configure, and maintain networking and IT infrastructure solutions.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Perform system testing, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Conduct user training when required.

Ensure projects are completed within schedule and customer expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline withanaverageGPAof3.0 or above
