Job summary

DCE Distribution Sdn Bhd, based in Taman Universiti, Johor Bahru, is seeking a responsible IT Technical Support to back the Sales team with technical solutions and expert product demonstrations.

You will work closely with sales to understand customer needs, provide technical clarification during the sales process, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. This role offers opportunities for career development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or technical sales within the IT industry.
• Good understanding of IT solutions such as networking, security, software licensing, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to build long-term client relationships.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose practical and effective solutions.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to build good long-term client relationships.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
