Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics or a related discipline.

• Experience or knowledge in CCTV, networking, electronics or security systems is an advantage.
• Excellent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical support requests before and after sales, including answering product-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Carry out product testing, live demonstrations, and technical assessments to gain product knowledge.
• Assist the sales team with technical documentation, product details, solution proposals, and quotation preparation.
• Interact with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person discussions to understand requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests and ongoing sales opportunities to help secure new business.
• Record and update customer details, technical information, and sales progress in the company system.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical consultation, product recommendations, and sales support for our video surveillance and commercial electronic solutions. This role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, providing technical assistance, and supporting the sales team in developing business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in technology, good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward both technical problem-solving and customer engagement. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle technical support requests before and after sales, including answering product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating warranty services.

Carry out product testing, live demonstrations, and technical assessments to gain product knowledge and ensure products meet quality standards.

Assist the sales team with technical documentation, product details, solution proposals, and quotation preparation.

Interact with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person discussions to understand their requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.

Monitor and follow up on customer requests, submitted quotations, and ongoing sales opportunities to help secure new business and achieve sales targets.

Record and update customer details, technical information, sales progress, and follow-up activities in the company's system.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant knowledge or experience in CCTV, networking, electronics, or security systems will be an advantage.
