Zohorecruit is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow dosing system sales across Thailand. The role combines consultative selling with hands-on technical insight, hunting for new opportunities and supporting customers onsite.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical/industrial sales, with knowledge of machinery, automation, and fluid mechanics, and is willing to travel frequently for installations and support.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Working knowledge of machinery, automation, basic electrical principles, and fluid mechanics.
• Able to travel frequently and support after-hours calls if needed.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, EV manufacturing, sealant/adhesive, or related capital equipment industries.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (Hunter role).
• Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.
• Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.
• Onsite Support: Provide hands-on setup and troubleshooting, coordinating with Regional/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.
• Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the full sales process, from demonstrations and trials to proposals, negotiations, closure, and handover.
• Reporting & CRM: Keep CRM records, forecasts, and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction.
