Zohorecruit is seeking a Technical Sales Executive (Drainage Systems) in Shah Alam, Malaysia to attend, service, promote and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.

The role requires building relationships, proposing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and delivering product briefings and client presentations. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction, engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in sales or specification is required.
• Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Attend, service, promote and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.
• Maintain good client relationships by identifying needs and developing sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, provide solutions and information.
• Conduct product briefings and organize client presentations.
• Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of projects.
• Identify and gather new leads and maintain existing relationships.
• Gather market intelligence for the Manager by monitoring market movements.
• Meet targets and work independently.
• Suitable candidate may cover other regions as needed.
