Job summary

Zohorecruit is recruiting for a project-based sales leadership role in Malaysia for a global electrical components manufacturer. You will lead business development, pursue OEM customers, and drive market expansion, delivering technical and pricing solutions while building a strong local pipeline.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of engineering sales experience, with fluency in English and Mandarin to engage cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in engineering sales, project-based focus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and expand OEM customers in Malaysia and drive high-value project opportunities.
• Provide full-process solutions from technical matching to final pricing quotations.
• Own the sales pipeline: tracking, bidding, signing orders, collecting project details.
