Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a technically adept Technical Sales Engineer to develop and win industrial sales across Malaysia. You will engage with engineers, maintenance heads, and procurement teams, delivering tailored product solutions and driving revenue.

Based in Kuala Lumpur or across Malaysia, the role emphasizes account management, technical proposals, site visits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
2–3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sector.
Willingness to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts across Malaysia.
Technical Consultation: conduct site visits to understand pain points and propose technical solutions.
Account Relationship Management: upsell and maintain client portfolios with strong technical support.
Commercial Execution: prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with internal teams for trials, modifications, and delivery.
