Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience designing and delivering technical learning content in a technology or corporate setting.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale learning or capability development programs from end to end.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering or technical teams to translate technical expertise into effective learning experiences.
• At least one recognised technical certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent).
• Experience administering and optimising enterprise learning management systems or educational technology platforms.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and design targeted technical learning solutions that support organisational capability goals.
• Manage and optimise learning platforms and systems to ensure seamless content delivery, tracking, and learner engagement at scale.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with broader technology strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Act as the go-to technical learning expert, understanding how engineering teams work, what capabilities they need, and how learning can drive performance and career growth.
• Build custom technical learning materials, including hands-on exercises, assessments, and simulations to support specialised engineering development programs and certification pathways.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards across all learning content and delivery methods.
• Define, track, and report on learning metrics and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI.
• Work with regional and global teams to ensure consistency and scalability of learning experiences across multiple locations.

What you will need:

• Strong program and project management skills with a consultative approach. Comfortable engaging proactively with senior leaders to understand and shape their learning needs.
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and enterprise LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI or similar.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and CI/CD.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across technology functions to deliver integrated learning solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) in a global, matrixed environment.

Must have:
