As the Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) Executive/Specialist, you will play a strategic and operational role within the People & Culture department. This position is designed to build organisational capability and support talent sustainability across our global marketplace teams. You will drive learning and development initiatives, design and conduct training programmes, coordinate succession planning and talent pool assessments, oversee performance management appraisal cycles, and champion internal employee experience and cultural initiatives.
Key responsibilitiesConduct structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps, competency requirements, and development opportunities in partnership with HODs
Coordinate and manage both internal and external employee training programmes, maintaining detailed learning databases and training records
Coordinate training agreements and training bonds where applicable to protect educational investments
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking key learning metrics and feedback to continually refine L&D initiatives
Compile and maintain detailed talent profiles, consolidating employee data, skills inventories, and career progression records to support succession planning
Organise and facilitate workforce readiness assessments, compiling preliminary gap analyses and reports to identify and develop high‑potential employees
Track, monitor, and report on the development progress of high‑potential talents, verifying their readiness for future critical roles and operational leadership
Prepare updates to the organisational succession plan and distribute clear communication materials to foster company‑wide understanding of talent pathways
Administer the end‑to‑end performance management process, ensuring timelines are tracked, documentation is compiled, and appraisals are executed consistently
Coordinate performance evaluation sessions, consolidate multi‑stakeholder feedback, and prepare accurate summaries for HODs and Management
