Job summary

Ralliant Corporation in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to manage technical service inquiries, update systems, and coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs. The role emphasizes accurate communication and customer focus.

You will handle quotations, POs, invoices and payments, work with logistics for shipments, and support inside sales when needed. Diploma or engineering degree and 2–4 years of experience are required, with excellent English skills

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience in a technical services company.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive instruments, update systems, and coordinate with internal teams to meet the SLA.
• Update customers on status and maintain high customer focus during interactions.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment of materials and instruments.
• Interact with customers for quotations, POs, invoices and payments.
• Support inside sales and follow up on leads when needed.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and track progress.
• Provide regular updates to customers for each project (receipt, WIP, outgoing).
