Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a Sales Process Specialist based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, convert quotes to orders in ERP, and support pre-/post-sales activities to meet certification timelines.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Business Administration, at least 1 year in sales support, strong English and Chinese communication skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems, including Oracle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong business sense and understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with quotations, orders, and account administration.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and admin support via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations using pricing tools and convert quotes to orders in ERP.
• Support pre- and post-sales to meet certification and adoption timelines.
• Follow up on quotations and collaborate to convert orders.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and technical teams to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide account insights/reports.
• Build internal partnerships to address customer needs and improve experience.
• Support process improvement and share best practices with the team.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and share knowledge.
• Ensure timely completion of activities per policies and procedures.
