The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies for FA and industrial automation products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to hit sales and revenue targets. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant industrial sales experience.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speakers welcome

Responsibilities

• Experience dealing with manufacturing, semiconductor or E&E customers is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Sales team leadership or coaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
