Position Summary

Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B manufacturing and industrial accounts across the region to expand market share.

Technical Consultation: Conduct face-to-face site visits with engineers, maintenance heads, and procurement teams to understand their pain points and propose optimal technical product solutions.

Account Relationship Management: Maintain and upsell to an existing portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term loyalty through exceptional technical support and customer service.

Commercial Execution: Prepare technical proposals, generate competitive quotations, negotiate contract terms, and follow up closely on payment collections.
