Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Executive to provide operational and technical support across the Company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and end-user computing environment. The role supports the Head of IT in ensuring the availability, security, and continuous improvement of all technology services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT support, infrastructure, or cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint security.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, Fortinet, or SQL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to all employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist in administration of servers, network devices, firewalls, switches, and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, and governance; assist audits.
• Perform backup, recovery, and DR planning activities.
