Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. You will audit, document, and report activities, and assist with IT policies and procedures.

The role also covers backing up the IT Infrastructure Manager, managing the Office 365 environment, and supporting CCTV/access systems with training delivery and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT service/support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CCTV and card access systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Audit, document, and report IT activities for stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Back up IT Infrastructure Manager for managing and maintaining IT systems.
• Manage Office 365 environment, accounts, email, SharePoint and Teams.
• Support CCTV and card access systems and ensure reliability.
• Deliver IT demos and training sessions; develop user guides.
