• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers.
