EngageTech Ltd. is seeking an SDR in Malaysia to sit at the top of the sales funnel, initiating conversations with business leaders and building a strong pipeline. You will join a world-class 3-month training academy designed to accelerate your growth while you learn to engage with diverse clients and industries.

Fresh grads or early-career professionals will gain hands-on coaching, with a supportive team culture and clear career progression within the company.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business conversations through outbound prospecting, primarily through high‑volume cold calling.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers.

As an SDR at EngageTech, you’ll sit at the top of the sales funnel, helping drive new business opportunities for our clients. You’ll learn how to start conversations with business leaders, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and grow through hands‑on coaching and feedback.
