EngageTech is seeking an SDR to sit at the top of the sales funnel in Malaysia, helping drive new business opportunities for clients. You will learn to start conversations with business leaders and grow through hands-on coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Driving new business conversations through consistent outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling
• Learning how to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies
• Conducting discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and priorities
• Staying organized and managing outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment
• Collaborating closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress
• Representing EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers
