WINTOO Technology SDN. BHD. is seeking an energetic Customer Engagement & Sales Executive – Training Provided to drive business expansion through active, face-to-face outreach.

The role emphasizes direct engagement with clients, territory exploration, and revenue growth in Malaysia. You will conduct client visits, deliver live product demonstrations, and tailor recommendations to client needs while tracking market trends and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in field outreach, direct selling, or regional business development.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of expanding target territory coverage and outdoor sales metrics.

Responsabilités

• Conduct active territory canvassing, client site visits, and direct meetings to broaden our customer reach.
• Establish rapport with prospective clients and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Perform live product demonstrations and sales presentations at client locations or events.
• Analyze local market trends and spot untapped growth opportunities.
• Drive price discussions and finalize contractual terms to secure deals.
• Gather feedback from field visits to assist marketing and product teams.
• Maintain organized daily logs of field activities, feedback, and pipeline milestones.
