Job summary

EngageTech Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Sales Development Manager to lead our local SDR team from the KL office. You will drive performance across activity, conversations, meetings booked and campaign delivery.

Initially you will execute the SDR function yourself before scaling the team through coaching, call reviews and structured training, while partnering with senior leadership to raise productivity across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of SDRs.
• Strong focus on metrics, accountability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SDRs based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as activity, conversations and meetings booked.
• Demonstrate strong skills in cold outreach, prospecting and meeting generation.
• Coach SDRs on messaging, objection handling, call quality and sales execution.
• Use performance data to identify gaps and create improvement plans.
• Run regular call reviews and team training sessions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve productivity and campaign delivery.
