Job summary

Gateway Search Sdn. Bhd. in Serendah, Selangor, is seeking a Production Team Leader to lead and supervise daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations.

You will manage manpower, allocate tasks, monitor output and quality, enforce safety SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with related departments. A 12-hour shift rotation is required.

This role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing and strong leadership and communication skills to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing / production.
• Experience in a Production Team Leader or Supervisory role is preferred.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift rotation
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production teams and meet production targets.
• Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics, or related industries encouraged.
• Willing to work in Serendah, Selangor.
