Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing / production.
• Experience in a Production Team Leader or Supervisory role is preferred.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift rotation
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production teams and meet production targets.
• Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics, or related industries encouraged.
• Willing to work in Serendah, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage production manpower and allocate tasks according to production requirements.
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare production reports and monitor team performance.
• Train, guide, and motivate production operators and technicians.
