Job Overview To lead and supervise a team to meet production target and delivery. To identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Job Description To lead and supervise a team of operators and technician on the production line. To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meeting with respective team. To perform eLPC every first day of shift. To lead daily handshake meeting with other shift. To ensure all team members are trained according to work instruction. To monitor the flow of production to ensure efficiency and productivity. To communicatie with other department (Logistic, Equipment Engineer, Products Engineer and etc) and coordinate production needs. Identify area for process improvement to increase productivity. Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found. At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment Diploma qualification is a must, preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams. Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment. Demonstrate Team-oriented approach to encourage cooperation and motivation. Possess In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards. Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools. Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong decision-making skills to manage production challenges effectively. Capability to delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability. Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment. Focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness to enhance operational performance.
