Job Description To lead and supervise a team of operators and technician on the production line. To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meeting with respective team. To perform eLPC every first day of shift. To lead daily handshake meeting with other shift. To ensure all team members are trained according to work instruction. To monitor the flow of production to ensure efficiency and productivity. To communicatie with other department (Logistic, Equipment Engineer, Products Engineer and etc) and coordinate production needs. Identify area for process improvement to increase productivity. Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found. At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment Diploma qualification is a must, preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
