Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia’s Perak region seeks a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, supervise a team of workers, and ensure production targets are met.

You will enforce SOPs and safety rules, monitor quality and processes, arrange manpower according to needs, and report issues to the supervisor. Shift work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Responsible and able to manage a team.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
