Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Team Lead, FO Support, Recon & KYC to oversee front office support, client reporting, onboarding and KYC for private mandates and family office clients. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.

You will manage client reporting, onboarding, KYC, reconciliation, and valuation processes, liaising with clients, custodians and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Experience in asset management, fund operations or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, onboarding, reconciliation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client reporting for private mandates and family office clients.
• Manage onboarding, KYC and due diligence for accounts.
• Lead stock, cash and portfolio reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate valuation and timely processing of mandates.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve excellence.
• Uphold internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, custodians and service providers.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
