Job summary

RHB Asset Management seeks a highly motivated Manager, Transaction Management to oversee onboarding, KYC reviews, regulatory reporting, and transaction management operations within Asset Management Operations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, process improvement, and excellent client service.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in Asset Management or related sectors, strong data maintenance skills, and a proactive approach to governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience within Asset Management, Financial Services, Transfer Agency, or related industries.
• Strong familiarity with account opening, client onboarding, KYC processes, static data maintenance, and alert monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage account opening, onboarding, KYC reviews, and static data maintenance for clients and funds.
• Review and authorize account opening and maintenance activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee system settings and supervise timely closure of operational and compliance alerts.
• Manage and resolve client queries while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate and manage requests relating to audits, industry surveys, and regulatory reporting.
