Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Team Member for FO Support, Reconciliation & KYC to support private mandates and family office clients. You will assist with client reporting, account onboarding, KYC and ODD, plus stock and cash reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery, attend audit requests, and help drive process improvements while maintaining proper controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years in asset management or financial services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support timely reporting for private mandates and family office clients.
• Oversee account opening, static data maintenance, KYC onboarding and ODD processes.
• Perform stock reconciliations for unit trust funds and stock/cash reconciliations for mandates.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks accurately and promptly.
• Prepare mandate client reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client and account information in internal systems.
• Support audit requests with required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as authorizer where required and ensure proper controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk management, and governance requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional support to other RMAM Operations teams when needed.
