Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Team Member for FO Support, Reconciliation & KYC within the Asset Management Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support private mandates and family office clients through reporting, onboarding, KYC, ODD, and reconciliations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will help maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support timely reporting for private mandates and family office clients.
• Manage account opening, KYC onboarding, in-scope ODD processes for clients.
• Perform stock and cash reconciliations for mandates.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks promptly and accurately.
• Prepare client reports prior to issuance to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client/account data in internal systems.
• Assist with audit requests and provide required documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are met.
