Job summary

PORTER GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a field-based Team Leader to guide a team of sales executives, onboard new customers or partners, and drive product adoption. The role focuses on on-ground execution, coaching, and performance tracking across multiple locations in the market.

You will use local market insights to improve conversion rates, maintain daily logs, and report team metrics to leadership. A driver’s two-wheeler is required, and readiness to join immediately is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a sales, customer service, or operational environment.
• Own two-wheeler required.
• Able to join immediately.

This is an on-ground, field-focused leadership role where you will lead a team of sales executives, onboard new customers or partners (such as driver-partners, vendors, or small businesses), drive adoption of our product, and grow our presence in new and existing markets.

About you

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and visiting multiple locations daily

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team coordination capabilities

Able to lead and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Own two-wheeler required

Strong communication and negotiation skills
