Job summary

BEK Acupuncture and Healthcare Products Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a responsible Clinic Assistant to join our Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic.

No prior TCM or massage experience is required; on‑the‑job training will be provided to suitable candidates. You will assist with daily clinic operations, prepare rooms and equipment, and provide basic Tuina services to female patients after training. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is expected, with Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin a plus.
• Previous clinic, massage or TCM experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn basic massage / Tuina techniques and assist in clinic duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinic operations.
• Prepare and organise treatment rooms and equipment.
• Provide basic Tuina/massage services to female patients after training.
• Attend to patients and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic; assist with housekeeping.
• Support other clinic-related tasks when necessary.

We are a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic looking for a responsible, friendly and hardworking Clinic Assistant to join our team. No previous TCM or massage experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates who are willing to learn.

Key responsibilities

Assist with daily clinic operations

Prepare and organise treatment rooms and equipment

Provide basic massage / Tuina services to female patients after training

Attend to patients and provide assistance when required

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic

Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties

Assist with other clinic-related tasks when necessary

About you

Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English

Mandarin / Chinese language ability is an advantage

Previous experience in massage, Tuina, TCM or a clinic is an advantage, but not required

Willing to learn basic massage / Tuina techniques

Responsible, hardworking and willing to perform cleaning and general clinic duties

Friendly and comfortable interacting with patients

Able to work as part of a team
