Job summary

SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd in Ara Damansara is offering an internship in Talent Onboarding and Recruitment Administration. You will assist with sourcing IT talent, pre-screening, and keeping candidate records up to date while learning how recruitment operations drive a business.

• Fluent in spoken & written English.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Comfortable speaking to people and making calls.
• Independent and able to take initiative.
• Willing to learn and adapt to targets/KPIs.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for qualified IT talent through JobStreet, Indeed, social media and other platforms; focus on candidates with at least 1 year of IT experience; help build and grow our technology talent pool.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates and introduce opportunities professionally; conduct basic phone prescreening; understand candidates' experience and background; follow up with candidates and encourage sign-ups.
• KPI & Recruitment Operations: Work with weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs; track candidate sourcing and sign-up activities; maintain accurate candidate information; support day-to-day recruitment and talent onboarding activities.
• You’ll also gain exposure to: Recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, candidate engagement, Google Workspace, tech talent market, recruitment & talent acquisition processes.
