Techstreet Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in finding the right talent for the right jobs. You will conduct market research, publish job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

This internship offers structured guidance, exposure to multiple channels, and practical skills in candidate screening and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or in final year of diploma or bachelor's degree with minimum 3 months internship.
Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Meticulous with administrative tasks and candidate data handling.

Responsibilities

Conduct job-market research to understand hiring trends and suitable vacancies for different recruitment channels.
Prepare and publish strategic job advertisements across job portals and social media.
Work towards daily job-posting and candidate engagement KPIs.
Review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic requirements.
Screen candidates via phone/WhatsApp to gauge experience and fit.
Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles and present to HR representatives.
