Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN LIFEWORK SDN BHD in Malaysia’s Penang is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet staffing needs.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Able to travel within Penang and nearby areas; own transport preferred.
