Job Majestic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for a September/October intake. You will support end-to-end recruitment, from researching hiring trends to preparing interviews and candidate profiles.

The role emphasizes screen calls via WhatsApp, posting jobs online, and maintaining candidate records. We value candidates who are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Currently undergoing, or final year diploma or bachelor student, with minimum 3 months internship
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone calls and WhatsApp
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Own laptop and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct job-market research to identify suitable vacancies for recruitment platforms
• Prepare and publish strategic job advertisements across portals and social media
• Work towards daily job-posting and candidate engagement KPIs
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic requirements
• Contact and screen candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp to assess experience and suitability
• Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles and present them to HR representatives
• Assist with interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates regarding applications and recruitment outcomes
• Update recruitment trackers, candidate statuses and other records promptly and accurately
