Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is launching a Recruitment Internship program designed for young professionals to gain a 360-degree view of the talent acquisition lifecycle. You will support end-to-end hiring processes while learning from industry leaders.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will develop skills in sourcing, candidate coordination, market research, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic Malaysian market. Bachelor Degree holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing & pipeline building using LinkedIn Recruiter and databases.
• End-to-end candidate coordination including resume screening and interview scheduling across time zones.
• Market intelligence & salary benchmarking to help Randstad’s clients stay competitive in Malaysia.
