Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a seasoned HR leader to manage the end-to-end Employee Performance Review process, including planning, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, calibration, and feedback. The role partners with business leaders, managers, and staff to ensure timely and effective execution of the performance cycle.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of working experience in Human Resource Management.
• Experience in handling Performance Management System / Payroll / HR Services is advantageous.
• Well versed in PMS system / other PMS tool.
• Good computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee Performance Review processes including planning, mid-year review, year-end assessment, calibration and feedback.
• Partner with leaders, managers and employees to ensure timely execution of the performance review cycle.
• Provide advisory support and resolve inquiries related to performance management processes, policies, systems and timelines.
• Monitor completion, quality of assessments and compliance with guidelines; follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Analyse performance data and prepare reports, dashboards and insights to support talent decisions.
• Coordinate talent review, succession planning, development plans and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop talent analytics dashboards and governance for talent data integrity and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support the implementation of system enhancements and automation.
• Coordinate talent management projects and promote a high-performance culture across the organisation.
