Eco World Development Group Berhad seeks an Assistant Manager, People Performance & Benefits to deliver PPB programmes across performance, compensation, rewards, benefits, policies and analytics. The role blends hands-on execution, data analysis and stakeholder coordination within established policies and digitalisation initiatives.

The candidate will lead annual performance appraisal cycles, salary reviews and benchmarking efforts, while maintaining benchmarking databases and supporting policy

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years HR experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Performance Management or HR Analytics.
• Experience coordinating annual exercises such as salary review and performance appraisal.
• Exposure to KPI frameworks, job architecture or survey analysis is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate performance appraisal cycle including data prep, communications and reporting.
• Support KPI principles development and templates for guidance.
• Execute salary review, increments and bonuses within guidelines.
• Benchmark benefits, review policies and administer insurance processes.
• Prepare dashboards, analyse trends and provide management insights.
• Automate PPB processes and collaborate across PPB portfolios.
