Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the end-to-end Employee Performance Review process, including planning, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, calibration and feedback activities.

You will partner with business leaders and managers to ensure timely execution, provide advisory support on policies and systems, monitor compliance and drive talent analytics to support workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HRM/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in HRM with performance management exposure.
• Experience with PMS systems or tools and payroll/HR services is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee Performance Review process including planning, mid-year, year-end, calibration and feedback.
• Partner with leaders, managers and staff to ensure timely execution of the review cycle.
• Provide advisory support on policies, systems, and timelines for performance management.
