Job summary

Mahsing Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our HQ at Sg Besi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to find the right fit for our growing team.

You’ll build talent pools, monitor market trends, and contribute to employer branding and career events. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting great people with great opportunities, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and ATS.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and hiring practices.
• Ability to craft clear job descriptions and spot market trends.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to find the perfect fit for our team.

Build talent pools and stay ahead with market trends.

Take part in exciting initiatives like job fairs, awards submissions, employer branding and other interesting cross function projects.

Who we’re looking for:

A people person with at least 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Strong communicator and multi-tasker who knows how to keep things organized.

Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and applicant tracking systems.

Passionate about staying updated with Malaysian labor laws and competitive hiring practices.
