Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or related field.
• Typically 5–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, including management experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing proficiency.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from operations to management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interviewing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
• Proficiency with ATS and online sourcing platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel/Power BI.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing the organization's recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in line with current and future business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce plans
• Lead the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and workforce needs
• Develop accurate and effective job descriptions and job profiles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, career fairs, and other channels
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and offer processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions
• Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, professional networks, and external talent partners
• Manage employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Monitor recruitment costs and optimize recruitment channels

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Typically 5–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, including experience managing a recruitment team
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from operational positions to management and specialist roles
• Strong stakeholder management and interviewing skills
• Good understanding of employment practices and recruitment processes
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
