Job summary

L& R Logistics in Shah Alam seeks a Creative Talent Acquisition Officer to lead group-wide recruitment for Corporate Office staff and blue-collar drivers. You will craft engaging social content, manage onboarding, and act as IT liaison with vendors to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations.
• Experience in driver or blue-collar hiring is an advantage.
• Comfort creating short videos for social media (TikTok/Instagram).

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate & Office recruitment, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, prepare LOA.
• Drive driver recruitment pipelines and create engaging social media content for employer branding.
• Oversee onboarding: laptops, phones, SIMs, office tours, and HRMS updates.
• Coordinate IT liaison with 3rd party provider for hardware, emails, software licensing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist foreign worker welfare: hostel spot checks, transport for clinic visits, and weekly groceries.
