Job summary

Ambition in Malaysia is seeking a commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units in Subang Jaya and Penang. You will partner with hiring managers, refine sourcing strategies, and manage external agencies to meet growth goals.

This role requires regular travel to the Northern Region, strong communication skills, and proven experience with ATS and networking tools to build robust talent pipelines for a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and levels.
• Background in specialist or technical hiring, ideally within logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring from briefing to offer stage across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing approaches and share market insights.
• Oversee external agency relationships and hold partners to agreed service standards.
• Monitor and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Coordinate employer branding activities, career fairs and campus recruitment programmes.
• Support HR projects and drive improvements across recruitment processes and workflows.
