Job summary

The Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands‑on Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR & Admin team. In this role, you will drive group‑wide recruitment for both Corporate Office Staff and Logistics Drivers using modern sourcing techniques—including short‑form video creation (TikTok / Instagram Reels) to build our employer brand. You will also manage full onboarding workflows, serve as the internal liaison for company IT infrastructure with 3rd‑party vendors, and support foreign worker welfare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate & Office Recruitment: Manage job portal listings, consult with HOD / Hiring Manager on job requirements, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA).
• Driver Recruitment & Social Media Content: Drive driver recruitment pipelines by creating engaging short videos (TikTok / Instagram Reels) to attract blue‑collar talent, while coordinating closely with Operations HODs on driver onboarding/offboarding.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Prepare welcome items for new joiners (laptops, phones, SIM cards), conduct office tours and orientation, update HRMS records, and manage probation confirmation tracking.
• Internal IT Vendor Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and our 3rd party IT provider for hardware setup, corporate emails, software licensing, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Foreign Worker Welfare & Logistics: Assist Senior HR with foreign worker hostel spot checks, transport workers for FOMEMA/clinic visits, and lead weekly grocery trips (using a company 4x4 vehicle).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations (experience in driver or blue‑collar hiring is an advantage).
• Creative mindset with the ability/interest to produce simple short videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram).
• Must possess a valid driving license and be able/confident to drive a 4x4 vehicle for foreign worker logistics and welfare support.
• Proactive, independent, and possessing a high sense of urgency and good organizational skills.
