Job summary

Chardikala Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a recruitment and HR professional to manage the full lifecycle from job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws. You will work with department managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, promoting the employer brand, and preparing recruitment reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online job portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent and accurate recruitment requirements
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and source qualified candidates through databases, job portals, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions
• Assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and experience in line with job requirements
• Perform reference checks and background screenings
• Coordinate the overall hiring process with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Prepare and complete necessary documentation for new hires and maintain accurate candidate records
• Manage and support employee induction and onboarding programs
• Promote and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent
