Job summary

You will collaborate with department managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and coordinate onboarding. This role also supports induction programs, maintains candidate records, promotes the employer brand, and ensures compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online job portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to define recruitment requirements.
• Post ads across platforms and source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Assess qualifications and experience against job requirements.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings.
• Coordinate the hiring process with managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for new hires and maintain candidate records.
• Support induction and onboarding programs and promote employer branding.
